Ellen Weber (Ph.D.) is the founder and Director of the International MITA Center, a brain based renewal center, located in Rochester, NY. She has published several books and dozens of articles about using more brain for smarter solutions, in journals, periodicals and newspapers. Dr. Weber is an internationally known curriculum leader, speaker, mentor, and columnist - who currently teaches business executives at universities in several countries. She teaches brain based approaches to medical professionals at the University of Rochester where she is an invited adjunct faculty. She has won several awards for MITA work and serves on several boards and committees as a volunteer to help handicapped youth. |

Robyn McMaster (Ph.D.) is the senior vice president of the MITA International Brain Based Center. Robyn explored practical applications of MITA through her research and completed her Ph.D. in May, 2004, at the University at Buffalo. Her focus was Collaboration to Develop Curriculum using MITA approaches. Dr. McMaster especially enjoys facilitating peoples' gifts at MITA roundtables. Robyn serves as an invited adjunct professor for the University of Rochester. Recently Weber and McMaster applied MITA strategies as they taught Business Leadership and Business Ethics to MS students in Chongqing, a city of 30 million people in China. They've also facilitated university medical faculty to use MITA strategies for higher motivation and achievement. |
